banchrima - who knows when they will acually come out but since the end of the 3rd qtr is for a fact 30 Sept 2006 it is not a bad assumption that they will include that period in the numbers. The OTCBB gives filing companies 30 to 45 (I believe) to get those done. Now since this is a first time filing I guess it is reasonable to assume they's take some of that time to include the 3rd qtr numbers...

In the end it is all supposition on my part...it makes for decent message board conversation but it doesn't have to be right...
