Some poor soul posted today,

"I called the phone number on EDIG's website. No answer. Not even a recording."
Very sad, but I really don't understand how thick some folks can be when it comes to grasping reality. The patents never had value except for nuisance value which was paid in court in exchange for cessation of litigation, as it was cheaper to pay the troll than the cost of defending spurious lawsuits. That's why there was never a sale of the technology in almost 20 years. Once the defendants got their acts together and realized EDIG was on fumes they stopped paying and she went belly up. Not rocket science. The company filed for bankruptcy 9 months ago, it ceases to conduct business that's why there is no answer or recording.
How easy is it to separate a fool from his/her money?
Apparently very easy.
