Share price not taking off probably because the market view the DEA hurdle as the real issue with FDA approval baked into the current price level.

I have no means of foretelling the DEA decision, but if retained as a class 1 drug in the first round it will simply take another or two rounds more with pressure building. Especially with EMA marketing approval in hand.
