Looks like someone wanted to purposely paint it down. It could be one MM selling to itself, or possibly the same MM has two clients, one who wants to sell, and one who wants to buy, so they basically sold to themselves, rather than get another MM involved by selling to your AON order. That's the crummy OTC for you. Lots of weird shenanigans. Buy, hold, and ignore the garbage games the MMs play daily.
