Utter nonsense. You can't excercise restricted shares. Also, at 0.01 not much room to fall from here. It is an aggressive buyback going on with perhaps some naked shorts competing for any available shares. All your demands for immediate accountability of information and explanation should be ignored by the company. This kind of foolishness should simply be suffered quietly.
