The real issue here is,management isn't clarifying how/if LCLP fits in with BUZZ/Kaya other than Victoria (and I believe these guys are the long-time investors some refer to as "Miami Group," who got in @much higher levels and with Victoria are preferred shareholders (that's how she's expecting to be compensated far as I know but you've looked thru the compensations so maybe U know that better):

so some investors look for answers from within and of course we can't say 4sure: but from what I know and piece together, this can blow up big. All just MHO's -- not giving advice or telling PPL to buy or hold
