tagmonster...I agree with everything you pointed out. But there's one BIG problem...

Sabby and Maxim still hold 2.7 million shares from the last Private Placement four months ago. That means that they "could" be selling those shares to keep the price down - regardless of the possible News Releases you've pointed out.

And since APDN still needs money to pay their bills, they will probably execute another Private Placement with Sabby/Maxim.

This triggers a domino effect...New PP = dilution = lower share price.

That's why I'm waiting until AFTER the 10-Q is released...or until after they execute another PP.
