(Remember they also have i/Red and i/Vision coming too.)

Imagin 2020 projected sales revenue is $50 million

A couple of previous buyout valuations recently were-

Stryker paid about 16X sales to acquire Mako Surgical

Mar 2017 Cannon bought Toshiba Medical at 31X sales

Looking at these two previous examples would put Imagin Medical shares @

16X sales of $50M = $800M market cap = $4.67/sh price

31X sales of $50M = $1550M market cap = $9.06/sh price
