According to the Articles of Merger filing made by JB&ZJMY Holding (2017/11/03) - JB&ZJMY Holding acquired 100% of JB&ZJMY Co., Ltd. (CHINA)

According to the Chinese National Enterprise Credit Publicity System JB&ZJMY Holding has no ownership in any Chinese company.

According to the Chinese National Enterprise Credit Publicity System no Zhong Ji Ming Yang entity has any US holding company with even partial ownership.

Chinese companies are required to provide the Chinese Credit Publicity System real-time disclosure of any changes in equity, shareholders, and ownership within 20 days of such information becoming available. Severe penalties are enforced for Chinese entities failing to do so (fines, blacklist, etc).

So if any of these Zhong Ji Ming Yang entities truly have the intention of merging into our Wyoming holding company... Why have they not reported this information. It has not happened.
It is clear that this Chinese company is connected to the shell. A dodge/screen could be in place to avoid fraudulent activity relationships for if everything collapses down.
It is clear that JB&ZJMY holding company is making it seem like Zhong Ji Ming Yang has merged in...
