I disagree with some of that post. It IS a crime to file a FALSE police report.

It is not a crime to lie to local police, however
unwise that course of action may prove to be..If

There are also laws against FRAUD.

I can't get my head around the FACT that the PR was put out when Naomi Village Resort was in FORECLOSURE AT THE TIME and, of course, sold at bank auction just 2 months later! >( grrrr...

It's that "Safe Harbor" disclaimer that saves many OTC tickers and their CEOs from fraud. However, they aren't immune to lawsuits as seen here:

ANYBODY CAN SUE ANYBODY in Small Claims Court! The thing is, I believe, that many don't sue CEOs here in Stinky Pinky Land is because they feels it's a GAME. But, (I'm not a lawyer), ANY SHAREHOLDER could sue JT and wife (VP of NSAV) in Small Claims Court. (The more the merrier??!!! Hey, and it's less than $100 to file!!) However, I have the feeling that such lawsuits are rare because few want their ALIAS AND REAL NAME made public.

Quite honestly, I have little doubt "Judge Judy" would have ZERO TOLERANCE for JT (and VP wife) for that March 13 PR and award damages to any plaintiff (shareholder who lost money because they believed that BS March 13th PR) who filed a suit against them.

Fortunately, I got out with most of my shares @.001 as did some relatives.

P.S. I think "Judge Judy" would have ZERO "compassion" for JT and VP wifey (also d/b/a Red Mansion LLC, former owner of Naomi Village Resort) if they were sued in her court. Hmm, perhaps what some shareholders should do is start making up a list of things they feel JT (and wifey) did to defraud them and post them in the ibox.
