I still see it at .20. What I do see is OTCX seems to be almost automated to have the lowest Ask price. There was a small 5K order in ealier and OTCX moved right down in front of it by .0001.

Seems like a buyer could manipulate OTCX to come down lower by putting in a small sell then buy from OTCX when they drop down.
