This is not a short sale anymore, it's only showing as a short sale. This is flipping shares from one hand to another in order to keep the price down.

Whoo shorting the stock when the upside move of PPS is expected for many reasons.

zero dilution and convertible debt, solid cash position, increase in revenue generating mining assets and Bitcoin is heavily oversold.
