The majority of it should come from private placement. Some may come from notes, I think placement would be a more realistic method of raising it though.

Other than hearing about it via brokers, there should be a Form "D" filed with the Sec regarding the placement and what was/will be raised. That form can be submitted before, during, or after the placement.

Placement can be shopped to investors, it can also be raised directly with associates/family as well I believe.

That is my guess personally.
