CCS

I bought CCS today at $29.25. I still like the homebuilders and in my opinion CCS by far is the most attractive of the bunch.

1) I expect CCS to earn close to about $4 in fy 18. I think the stock is worthy of at least a 10 multiple hence I think the stock is worth around $40 right now.

2) CCS posted and impressive adjusted eps number of $1.01, now q1 is seasonally weak, but I do expect to see a good growth number adjusted versus last year.

Conclusion: I like CCS and will buy more on weakness as I think it offers a very good risk/reward at this point. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
