Alert - USMJ is required to remit 51% of any profit they ever make to a 3rd party. No wonder that they need the fluff press releases from stock promotion rags to help get more uninformed investors to buy some of the billions of dilutive shares being dumped.

Not even enough shares authorized to allow conversion of the toxic notes, including the one in default.
