This recent announcement today is a very good deal for EVIO IMO.I broke it down on US dollars. About $2.0 Mil for an established lab in US dollars and they will do a private placement of about 1.291 Mil shares at $1.19 a share. Seems like a very cheap entrance in Canada considering they are going recreational.

PS Still love the potential but they need to get these internal issues solved ASAP. Again Peace + God Bless. Peace
