MSMY: This part of the PR is very smart. I think John figured out how to generate revenue two times. After the spinoff of share.tv into another public shell. There will be two companies generating and reporting revenue. I have to admit another pleasant surprise to the upside from MSMY.

This ensures that monies generated by TheShare.TV can and will be spent with Room 21 Media studios providing production.”



So now share.tv gets paid for their content and gets paid by advertisers. That is revenue stream 1.

But then this is smart....MSMY Room 21 Production studios gets paid by share.tv for production studio and services. This way both public companies will be showing big revenue.
