The most important read from the link is "pending", if the patents are not approved RETC is absolutely worthless. My background working with several billion dollar technology companies over the past 25 years, this is all about the software. If it is not validated, RETC can not even be a niche
player in the marketplace. If the software doesn't perform, it is a failure! I have always believed this point & the longs should be digging through patent files to see where this stands!
