Hmmm...don't know where you got hint of that, but might explain the absence of updates and/or stop sign...that settlement was never fully explained...just the part about Lattuca share dilution control. Actually, getting that behind us will be good for longer term, so we wouldn't view that as a negative.

You might email KB and ask about it...she indicated that was done 3 weeks past, but reopening always a possibility.

Getting 1-2 concessions from AngloGold would be icing on the cake, but what about the cake? We need those updates as this has been a tough 3 month transition. KB told me in January that the guys wanted to settle with Lattuca and get him off of here...so far so good.
