This question is misleading...

To explain:
There is no requirement to announce when the 3(a)(10) is completed. You are correct that an announcement is required beforehand, but not when it is done. Please provide a link if you can prove me wrong about that.

I noticed you provided links to the previous announcement, and OTC markets. Thanks for that, agreed it does show that there is not an announcement of the end of the 3(a)(10).

I believe this is not being announced yet as a strategy. SB was burned in the past by announcing things too soon. I believe lessons were learned, and he will announce all developments, including that the 3(a)(10) has already been completed, when the time is right.

I hope you are here for that day (noticed your post earlier saying it’s time to buy, I hope you are), it will certainly be an explosive day, and very profitable for investors.

Don’t get scared into fumbling your shares... somebody is gonna run away with them!
