I never suggested "constant" PR's and pumping. I specifically suggested that 1 pr/update per month would be reasonable. How that could be turned into constant PR's and pumping is a little strange.

I never suggested that frequent glossy pr's was a solution.

Legitimate OTC companies put out PR's on a regular basis to inform and update their shareholders and potential investors...does that suggest they do this because they want to sell shares? I don't think so.
