My chill Post

Most that know me know me as a Long and yeah I’ve sold shares and also own the 1st BLOZF I Bought last of 2014 - Gonna Hold till the end of time

BLOZF will be 1st so everyone rest assured - As to Impairedness - That is flawed but more a Legal Question than what they want to label you as Impaired and gain a DUI

Take the famous NASCAR Driver - Smokes before every race - Won’t name him but it’s a easy google

Take the women that went to Court with Blood Test’s to back the Prosecutors case - But Lost to the Defendant because the Evidence showed with having THC in her system, she wasn’t to Impaired to drive

Courts are gonna be full - Yes they can make a Law as to “NO THC” - But should also be wrote with these factors

“Marijuana contains several cannabinoids in addition to THC. Many of these have shorter half-lives and are metabolized in the body relatively quickly. THC can be detectable in blood for weeks, whereas metabolites such as 11-hydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and 11-nor-9-carboxy-tetrahydrocannabinol are only detectable for a few hours after consumption of cannabis. The Cannabix FAIMS device has demonstrated the detection of THC and related metabolites in MS (mass spectrometer)-coupled testing. The detection of THC and its metabolites in human breath provides for real-time pharmacokinetic analysis. Such analysis provides a method for the identification of “recency of use” and also provides analysis of frequent users of marijuana who tend to retain THC in their body for longer periods of time, relative to infrequent marijuana users who tend to clear THC from their body more quickly. This data and analysis will be important for an eventual court approved device.”

If not than the gate is open to anyone building a THC detector

Then there’s this statement and can’t be further from the Scientific Papers and what our Dr Huestis says changes to Alcohol when Active THC is mixed with Alcohol

Alcohol vs. Cannabis Impaired Driving

Alcohol-impaired driving is fairly straightforward in terms of testing, and well understood both by the public and by safety officials. Due to years of scientific study and public awareness campaigns, and to the obvious nature of alcohol impairment, everyone recognizes the dangers and knows the legal limits of alcohol use when it comes to driving. Anything more than one drink an hour and you are risking not only your life but the life of others, as well as legal peril. Either the alcohol is in your bloodstream or not, and there are formulas that can be used to determine the rate at which the body metabolizes alcohol.

Now you take the guy that had a Fatel Crash when hitting a tree or off the road or blew up a school bus when rear ending it - Blood Test show .05 BAC and a Little Marijuana - BAC says he wasn’t drunk so Weed is it because No Edvidence to show it wasn’t - The Answer was the BAC created the Impairedness and because of this next statement and rightly so because of 75 Years against the Law to even test this theory

The plant has been illegal for so long that scientific study has been severely lacking. For instance, regulators are just now realizing that THC metabolizes into various forms in the body, some of which are detectable for weeks after using marijuana.

As far as building the 1st THC Breathalyzer- I’d say BLOZF already there for Law Enforcement

Hope they make the Law specific on what is found in a DUI conviction

A Lawers Dream

In essence, nobody knows what constitutes impaired driving under the influence of cannabis, what blood levels of THC are acceptable, or even how to accurately test those levels and correlate them with impairment.

Dr Huestis has the answer which lies in her findings - BAC Levels need to change to keep the road safe and this Law will be Flawed if this is not addressed
