One thing is pretty sure that the 10K indicates that the company is honest to loses in their last year operations, and they have a valid reasons for that, which includes, investing in acquiring assets and developing software? This sort of investment is the initial investment that is needed for any upcoming company. Based on their affirmation, they said after those LOI's they will start generating a positive profit generating revenue that will help to boost this company's outreach and market share. All we're waiting for is closing LOI's and up list. Think about it!
