Pretty much the same thing, big losses, law suits, BIG management salaries, lots of "potential" projects and the need for A LOT OF NEW money. Dilution will occur and there is little that shareholders can do about it. So little revenue, and SO MANY side deals. Maybe they will make it, but not with out wheelbarrows full of money. Management really thinks they have a lot of worth. The salaries for this company with the revenue they have is NUTS!
