Hey Blue, I'm not familiar with the history of such a scenario. Can you point us to past deals where a bidding war caused a run up to a 15x+ multiple on the current trading price of a stock?

There was speculation about Ocata that was similar to what you're proposing, that its technology was too good to go for pennies, but in the end it sold for some $350 million in total, and a lot of shareholders were happy to get that at that point.
