It means Saudi is killing the glut for ARAMCO IPO 2019, listen to the vid. Shipping has nothing to do with it. What youll see is U.S. shale fracking increase to keep the barrel down, but by summer if Saudi gets their way will be $3.50 + at the pump. Ive attached the article
