Guessing you guys (Speed & Abew) want to talk about our "open shelf" financial offerings and attracting more funding. Maybe branching from Foose's observation of a recurring financing event pattern:
• Maxim analysis coverage
  • More warrants issued to SABBY
And Speed, last creative non-diluting financing $1 Million from unnamed STRATEGIC PARTNER locked us into long term exclusive contract with HIMATSINGKTA America.

That had a bite, and severely limits our growth possibilities in US cotton market for years. Unless Himatsingkta America takes off. Always a bite out of anyone seeking payday lenders (any lenders). Himatsingkta being one case study.

Here's a second:
TSO3 Secures Access to Non-Dilutive Growth Capital Through Receivables Factoring
&the Link.

In our open-shelf status, anything goes. The TSO3 example kind of like gas station franchises before the mid-70s oil embargoes. I worked the bays, with a young entrepreneur running a two-bay Exxon Station. Most R&R of parts wholly tied to the expanded services of our Exxon distributor. Selling ATLAS batteries, ATLAS tires, ATLAS antifreeze, Hell, they even stocked the cigarette machine but nobody would smoke ATLAS cigarettes.

Everything financed (we didn't have any money) on future gas sales. Lotta work. All depending on ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE futures. A lot of very successful franchises. So this model ain't necessarily a bad one. Note, it did come with exclusive rights clauses.

Maybe today. We'll get some real news with Colorcon and ACG. The descriptive files by Colorcon on their MDF processes (Master Drug Filing) makes sense for them to be doing it. Surely ACG follows closely with that.

I'd love to see us bought out by Danaher or Dow. Any financing going to take a bite out of our collective assets somehow. I think we're great matches for either of those Fortune 500 conglomerates. VS. remaining a franchised service station
