Anyone looking for a job? JNJ is offering!
https://jobs.jnj.com/jobs/3951180221?lang=en-us
oh wait, you are required to have "Formal training in Oncology or Hematology with Board certification or eligibility"...sorry guys most of you won't qualify!
what does imetelstat treat again? blood cancers? Is training in hematology (heme is latin for iron like in blood) related to blood cancers?

Does JNJ have any other drugs early stage drugs that treat blood cancers? yes, according to this http://www.investor.jnj.com/_document/johnson-johnson-pipeline-q1-2018?id=00000162-d33e-d077-af7a-fbff592e0000 there is also CAR-T (JNJ-4528).

I think this position is most likely for researching AML because it is looking for someone with experience in early stage and CAR-T would more likely look for experience in immunology like this one https://jobs.jnj.com/jobs/5185180306?lang=en-us.

here is another position that i think would very likely be for imetelstat https://jobs.jnj.com/jobs/6967180323?lang=en-us.

With all the recent job listings in oncology I can't stop wondering what is happening behind the scenes. There is good reason to believe imetelstat will show to be of use in MANY more cancers.
