The only buyers of this pennyturd are retail-level pennystock victims and the same foolish amateurish lender group (a/k/a "Black Horse")that lost their first investment in HGEN when it bet on old benznidazole and the pipe dream of getting an Orphan Drug voucher.
Then, like inveterate losing gamblers, they chased their losses on their sunk costs by throwing more cash on the bonfire when Plan A went down in flames. All the junk HGEN has is pure crap. All of it failed with the predecessor entity, KaloBios. And when KaloBios was dying, it couldn't even sell off these assets to raise cash - because they have no value except to lure suckers like "Black Horse".
There are loads and loads of legit venture capital groups in the Bay Area and nott a one had or has any interest in funding this crapola. The only entity ANYWHERE that was dumb enough to throw munny into this jackass company is the loss-chasing clownshow that call themselves "Black Horse". And they are down BIG in this turdstock.
This joke of a company has six (6) full-time employees as of the 10-K filed three weeks ago. And it sure seems like little more than a machine to keep paying Durrant's outsized salary and bonuses.
Real institutions wouldn't touch this turd even with a nine-handle discount and full warrant coverage. The only way this crapstock ever gets ANY tiny institutional ownership is if there are extended market index funds that buy pennystocks as part of a total market index or a total healthcare company index fund that buys blindly anything that's an SEC reporter and current - including all such pennyscam stocks.
Even funnier is that this pennyscam company uses an auditor from some bumblef..k village in Mississippi!!!
