People are trading this between .0001 and .0003. There's enough volume right now for easy trades.

There are hundreds of ICO's out there and a lot of them are scams so there's that. Given WM's record for raising capital I will be surprised if they reach their soft cap. They must see a play somewhere here to get the pps up and it has zero to do with selling meters. Maybe it's those 5 million downloads of HailYes in China :)
