$TVOG as per Letter to the shareholder, resubmission of Form 10 will have required SEC edits and year end 2017 audited numbers. Process is under way and we will update as steps are completed.

$TVOG The Form 10 is not now or was not intended to register Preferred Stock Placement or issuances since it is not an S1. It is simply registering the Company as an audited 1934 Act filer as it was previously.
