BBW,

Respectfully, I can't answer that question as I personally do not find this question relevant.

"why should shareholders be paying for $Steve $Mr $Kickback $Berman’s deferred salaries that were put into the 3(a)(10)."

To explain:
There is no evidence of the "kickbacks" or "fake invoices" you referenced today. I see you provided plenty of links, however none of them point toward these claims.

I see you posted references to another person named Steve Hicks, I think you are saying that is evidence of these kickbacks and fake invoices you claim. However, the CEO of ONCI is named Steve Berman. He is from New York, and is the former VP of Sales at Time Warner (he did really well there). His identity has been debated multiple times; SB himself confirmed exactly who he is.

With the above in mind, I do not see your question or references to this other person relevant. If there is evidence of a connection, please share, but I don't see one.

This company has many things in the works and is signing deals and generating revenue every week. I am under the belief that SB is actively working his tail off in effort to deliver the following:

Re-domicile to Colorado (enter MJ aspect)
Name/Ticker change (PR train rolls again)
OS/AS reduction (PPS moves on air)
Audited financial statements (investor confidence through the roof)

It takes time to build a great company, and these developments could very possibly all come to fruition in a short period of time (chain reaction, if you will). When is that going to happen? I don't know, but my shares are locked up until it does.

Don't get scared into fumbling your shares right before the run!
