It does not need to be disproved. Even though the facts you have listed are 'proven' many believe it is all part of a fraud. Lots of money, many connections.

Prove Jinbo isn't/wasn't a Chinese MLM fraud. Supposed Jinbo MLM fraud websites are shutdown - trying to cover up tracks. Frauding the Chinese has huge penalties: Frauding U.S investors has none at all - did someone see this oppurtunity and get in touch with someone connected to U.S contacts? Did someone in the U.S see this oppurtunity? Etc...
