Lol. That would be fine if they had actually said “we need time to do due diligence ...” Instead they spoke in definitive terms about specific timelines for things to actually happen.

As a reminder, NONE of those things happened, least of all Q1 being “a definitive time in the history of the company.” So they're either liars or they're stupid. Or both.

But at least they got the 10-K filed on time.
