Although I agree with you're thesis,I disagree with one part. Investors waiting for the Farm Bill to be passed before investing may be an inaccurate theory. Like you and I, some will want to get in early before the crowds. I do have a question for you,,,,,,,What percentage do you assign to the Hemp Farm Bill being passed?
This bill makes sense,is harmless, helps farmers,creates jobs,and opens up a plethora of innovative and not previously produced products.
I give it a 95% chance of reaching the Presidents desk.
