It could potentially run huge if VCPS has something of value to report, other than silence. Maybe it gets bought out, merges with a successful company who can utilize their technology, share buyback, financing they needed, etc.

Luckily, the O/S hasn’t been increased too much the last couple months. Hopefully they keep the dilution flood gates closed this time.
