Say what you want from the the past discussion but I will bet you Garrett had a lot of sway in making them pay dividends NOW and they will have to repeat it again and again to keep investors in the stock and institutions interested. You didn't hear anything about buybacks which was their original plan just a few months ago. Coincidence?, I think not. Does he have leverage and just can't say so, decide for yourself. I know what I think and I like it.
