My guess is it will be Addax trying this. They seem aggressive enough to pull this off. They've got FPSO's floating all over the GOG. They also have the brains to do it properly.

CVX doesn't need to do it this way and I don't think Anadarko will either. Sinopec can't do it. So that leaves Addax.

This isn't going to be cheap.
