The majority of .0003s are held by whale longs that bought for a reason so they won't be dumping at .0002 - they were too hard to come by. Nobody has got any significant amount of .0002s since Dec 2016.

The only .0002s that might fill are a few disinformation associated paint downs like we saw yesterday.

What will get the stock moving is buying on the ask at .0004.

As seen already this year - when 50M+ disappeared in seconds - that can happen at any time.
