LG didn’t even send the notice to an email address of JF’s or Viva... they sent it to the TA’s email lmfao, what a joke LG and Rico are, pathetic scam artists... furthermore, another case LG frivolously filed against Protext Mobility, Inc. was almost identical in terms of the notice, etc. and the New York court found that notice was unacceptable... and this doesn’t even include the numerous criminal usury problems as well as unjust enrichment on the part of LG who has already made 8 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE INITIAL LOAN... LG AND RICO ARE FRIVOLOUS SCAM ARTISTS.
