The Moelis plan is fatally flawed in my opinion because it exercises the warrants. This cements the fucking over of the equity shareholders and expects the same groups of people who were previously owners to forget they got fucked. That group being the broader market.

please don't tell me that once it's all buttoned up there will be investors lined up to jump in. If there are, they're fools with other people's money.
