not good for mortgages, refis in an already tight housing supply. steel, lumber, aluminum going through the roof thanks to tariffs. inflation is good to a degree...let's see how this pans out I think we will break 3% in short order this time around. again rate of change is of primary concern as it takes time to absorb "shocks.
