I don't like the dilution either and a have a lot of shares and will be very happy when it hits a nickel.

If I hadn't been out there and saw the City govt people the County people, the Economic development people, the people that are building the units, the railroad people and then following up with visits with workers for the railroad about repairs and getting positive feedback along with many subsequent trips back to the site to see old survey stakes replaced by new ones and then to show up one day to see a track hoe sitting on the right of way of a pipeline replacing sections of pipe and it's on MMEX's land and there weeks later when I return I see them building a road to this land, I have no choice but to have faith.

It's easy to write garbage after someone posts and it doesn't cost anything but a few minutes to do it.

But when you re-survey your land and start paying a construction company to come in and build a road and a fencing company to build a fence along this road then you're probably pretty serious about what you are doing.

Everything that Jack has said that he was going to do he has done it.

He has had some pretty high costs in getting it done but he is getting it done and the stock price has taken a beating through it all but in the end I think that the struggle will be well worth the wait.

And about that faith, it didn't just come out of thin air it came from reading, walking down railroad tracks, dodging javelina hogs while walking through mesquite trees. (I'm not looking for no attaboys, I did this so that I could make my decision)

AND I do think that Jack has a share selling scheme (I view it as a plan) in place but I don't think it is quite in the same way that some would like to portray it, I think that he is interested in selling hundreds of millions or even billions to institutions at a very high price.
