The key is will Lias announce the contracts before the end of the month.
If not, then Ronin is front running like he did before the Wells Fargo placement, and his advanced knowledge. If he does that again, the SEC won't be happy.

I agree with what you have stated above.

If Lias announces some big contracts before the end of April as he stated he would, then Avid will grow and we have a good chance to recover some losses. This still would not preclude the possibility there have been "convenient" pre-arrangements to get the IP into "friendly" hands away from the shareholders who funded the bulk of the research.

If Lias does not come through with the promised contracts then Lucy as pulled the football away once again and we are flat on our arses.
