There is nothing illegal, they would be selling the Company both name and assets. We shareholders will be getting something for our shares. It may be very little, or it may be more than than current stock price. I believe the first $2.5 Million or so will go to pay off debt, and the rest will be divided over the 15.5 Billion O/S Shares. We will have to wait and see. I am bummed that it will not be the 100X returns I dreamed of. I would use some or all of what I get from the sale of USMJ to buy PURA (IMHO). PURA will have all assets (except the Americanna Cafe) that I invested in USMJ with only 3% of the outstanding share structure. More bang for my buck. I have 50,000,000 USMJ shares so I do share your frustration.
