Ronin apparently absolutely pounding the sell side here. Seems pretty inconsistent with what they said in their letters soliciting votes, IMO.

I wonder if there is a cause of action here based on how they induced the shareholders to vote. If I had known they would be selling this much, this quickly, I would not have voted for them.

The hits just keep on coming.
