Any idea when we can expect the 8k filing for Lam 3A10 settlement? Q ends Apr 30th, is Steve waiting for Q2 filings June 15th or Hexa name change?

Page 12..A further 120 million common shares were issued to LAM in January,20l8 with a final batch of 300 million common shares issued in second quarter 2018 to complete the Section 3(a)l0 debt reorganization.
