Both the Schena's and RRBB have gone to ground.

There are no more references to the seriously delinquent financials.

What is shocking is their inability to post the 10K for 2107 in a timely fashion and to provide no explanation for the delay.

This is just outrageous malfeasance.

Unbelievably sad and depressing.
