Hillary Faces New Money Laundering Lawsuit

On Monday, a lawsuit was filed against the Federal Election Commission (FEC) with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

The lawsuit alleges that Hillary’s campaign laundered illegal donations through state parties then to the DNC and it ended up in Hillary’s campaign coffers. There is a maximum donation that individual can contribute to a campaign. But, they can contribute as much as they want to state political parties. The Clinton campaign allegedly told donors to give the money to the state party.

The state party would then send the money to the DNC, who would forward the money to Hillary.

Committee to Defend the President (CDP), formerly known as Stop Hillary PAC filed the lawsuit on Monday. That would be an illegal act, although I’m sure some flunky would take the blame in exchange for a good paying no-show job after they get out of prison.

Fox News reports:

As first reported by Fox News at the time, the CDP alleges in its complaint that about $84 million was funneled illegally from the DNC through state party chapters and back into the war chest of the Clinton campaign. The political action committee claims that even though the FEC acknowledged receipt of the complaint and claimed that an investigation would be conducted, the needle has barely moved…

The complaint filed against the FEC said previous reports showed a series of transactions in which the HVF disbursed contributions to its state party committee members — and they would receive the funds on the same day.

The HVF would also allegedly disburse funds to up to 40 state parties at the same time, and those parties would send the money back within 24 hours.

Ted Harvey, chairman of CDP, told Fox News

“The Clinton machine has escaped accountability for its illegal practices for far too long. After months of review, the FEC has refused to address the Clintons’ $84 million money laundering scheme that violated several campaign finance laws.”

The Clintons have gotten away with so much for so long and it’s about time they start paying the piper.
