MMEG proves they are ignoring traders holding their MMEG common stock! This is the first time traders have been informed of the manager's resignation and the results of it.

* Resignation email from accounting manager Frandsen on March 22.
* Files NT 10-k on April 2.
* 10K Due Date extended to April 17 by NT 10-k.
* No 10K filing made on Due Date of April 17 by MMEG.
* MMEG April 18 now notifies traders that the 10K expired due date will not be met.
* MMEG provides another PR excuse to name a new accounting manager hired on March 29.

With CEO statement:

Mr. Neubauer also stated, “This is Momentous’ first occurrence of a missed filing date and the Company is working diligently to file the Form 10-K as soon as possible.”

So all traders expecting to see a 2017 Annual Report and a 2018 1st Quarter Report are informed that MMEG cannot do what they said they were going to do now, but maybe some time in the future?
